• To identify and provide a medically appropriate diet for allergies and/or intolerances to food

We will use the information for:

• Processing your application for a special diet required for medical reasons
• We will provide this information to your child’s school
• We will retain this information until your child leaves Primary education

The legal basis for our use of your personal data is for the performance of a task in the public interest, and the legal basis for our use of special category data is that it is necessary for the reasons of substantial public interest.

We may share your information with third party processors (NHS Dietetic Service) in order to provide this service to you.
